Family Legacy currently includes pricing and billing foundation screens, but real payment processing is not active yet.

This policy explains the intended refund and cancellation approach for future paid plans such as Family Legacy Plus and Family Legacy Heritage.

Monthly subscriptions

When monthly subscriptions become active, customers should be able to cancel future renewals before the next billing date.

Monthly subscription fees are expected to cover access for the paid billing period. Refund eligibility may depend on timing, usage, local law, and the circumstances of the request.

Annual subscriptions

When annual subscriptions become active, customers should be able to cancel renewal for the following year.

Prorated refunds for annual plans may be considered when required by law or when Family Legacy chooses to make an exception for a specific situation.

Cancellation

Cancelling a paid plan should stop future charges but may not automatically delete a family workspace or its content.

If a paid plan is cancelled, Family Legacy may move the workspace to a lower plan or apply future limits after reasonable notice.

Future refunds

Once Stripe or another payment provider is active, refund requests should be handled through the billing workflow and support process.

Family Legacy may decline refund requests involving abuse, chargeback misuse, violations of policy, or requests outside the applicable refund window.
